Damage during transport

All products are examined in detail before shipment. However, transport damage can also be done by the most experienced crew.

In case the deliverables have signs of abuse from the transfer, you should refuse to receive them and declare it in written on the form you sign.

In any other case, we do not assume responsibility.

Products damaged during transportation are returned to us and we either replace them, if available, or we return the money to you in a bank account that you will indicate in written.

 

Returns of defective products

To return a product you consider to be defective, you must send us a written update and photos, clearly illustrating the defect and you must send the product back within 14 calendar days of the day of its receipt.

The return is made by a transport company of your choice (courier, transport company, other or own means).

IMPORTANT: The goods are carried at your own risk until they reach our warehouses so you need to make sure that they are properly packaged and can not suffer any damage during transportation. We are trying hard to accept all the returns that come to us, but if a product is returned in an inappropriate state, then the return will not be accepted.

 

Mandatory conditions for the return of products:

1. The product MUST be accompanied by its original packaging. Do not discard if you are not sure that your product is satisfactory.

2. The product has not been intentionally or unintentionally damaged by the customer (not careful removal of its packaging, incorrect assembly, inappropriate use, etc.).

3. This product has not been used.

4. Products with special factory packaging should not have their packaging broken or damaged.

5. Labels or brand markings or any other marking, which may have been attached to the product, should not be removed.

6. The product to be returned must be accompanied by the invoice and a return slip or by the retail receipt of purchase.

7. There must be prior written information to our company about the return, accompanied by relevant photos of the product.

 

In case of non-compliance with the refund conditions, we will not accept the products and we will send them back to you at your charge.

 

WARNING: PRODUCTS WHICH ARE MADE ON ORDER OR ARE TAILOR-MADE, OR HAVE SPECIAL COLOR / WOOD / FABRIC OR, IN GENERAL, SPECIAL DIMENSIONS OR FEATURES, CANNOT BE RETURNED.

 

Once we receive the product, the necessary check will be performed and if the product meets all the conditions for return, then our company will return the value of the product or products returned, within 3 working days, to a bank account you will indicate in written.
Alternatively, you can request re-shipment of a new, same product on our shipping and return costs.
In case the check shows that the product is not defective, we send it back to you at your charge.

 

Right of withdrawal

All transactions carried out through our website are governed by the International and European Law regulating issues related to electronic commerce, as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (L. 2251/1994). Our company has taken all necessary measures to ensure the maximum possible security. 

Every customer of the artline-shop.gr online store has the right, in accordance with the applicable legislation, to withdraw from the purchase without giving justification, by completing the relevant withdrawal application, which the customer is obliged to notify by e-mail to sales@artline-shop.gr and return the product he purchased within 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt. In this case, any shipping and return costs are to be borne by the customer. To qualify for the refund, the product must be in its original packaging, complete and in the condition in which it was delivered, without damage and not used. It is also required to be accompanied by the original invoice and return slip or retail receipt of purchase. Before each return, the customer must contact the company in order to determine the time of receipt of the product. Reimbursement of the purchase price shall be made by bank transfer within 14 calendar days of the day on which the written notice of withdrawal was given and after receipt of the product in the above mentioned condition.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of products resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the products, in the time until their return.

In case of non-compliance with the withdrawal conditions, we will not accept the products and we will send them back to you at your own charge.
